🧊 Terms of Service 🧊

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read before placing an order

🧊GENERAL🧊

♦️ Commissions are Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased (Additional fees apply depending on service)♦️ Artwork may be used for personal display; profile pictures, banners, posting on socials with credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement♦️ AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited♦️ I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw♦️ Please provide all major feedback in the sketch stage♦️ Credit me @SenerAmarok

🧊PAYMENTS & FEES🧊

♦️ All prices are listed in USD♦️ A 50% minimum deposit upfront is required for me to start on the commission. If payment is not provided within 2 weeks, the project will be declined and priority will go to other projects♦️ A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $80 USD applies if you request that the artwork not be posted anywhere publicy including work in progress shots. The commission will not be used for portfolios, social media, personal use, nor will be distrubuted in any way♦️ If the commission is for an event/debut and cannot be shown until a certain time you will not be charged. Artwork will be posted publicly after the date we discuss

🧊REVISIONS🧊

♦️ Major revisions are only available during the sketch phase♦️ Minor revisions are okay after the sketch phase. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost♦️ If you require major revisions after the sketch phase a fee will apply based on how far the commission is

🧊DEADLINES AND DELIVERY🧊

♦️ Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health, work, or personal matters. You will be updated of any delays/changes♦️ A Rush Fee will be $15 USD. If your commission has a deadline and you wish to add this Rush Fee, please inform me

🧊PROPERTY RIGHTS🧊

♦️ I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself♦️ I may use the artwork to: Promote myself and my services, post on social media/portfolio, create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only)
Exceptions: If a NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes♦️ If you are interested in other contract types (Consignment, Licensing, Ownership, etc.) please be ready to discuss an outline of the defining rights, payments, and responsibilities of the art transaction

🧊REFUNDS🧊

♦️ If I am unable to finish a commisison for any reason, you will receive a full refund. You may cancel before payment is made. Once payment is received, refunds are not available. Chargebacks are prohibited♦️ Filing a chargeback will forfeit your rights to use the artwork and place you on a blacklist with my services
